BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BoZA )
(LIST OF BOARD MEMBERS)
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BoZA) generally meets the second Tuesday of every month. Public hearings begin at 10 a.m. Public hearings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street. BoZA may only hear cases that have been properly noticed by the Zoning Division (see Chapter 17, Article III, Division 3, Sections 111 and 112 of the City Code) and/or items that have been placed upon the agenda by the Zoning Division in accordance with Title 30, Chapter 4 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina.

DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMISSION (DDRC)
(LIST OF COMMISSIONERS)
The Design/Development Review Commission (DDRC) reviews and approves work proposed within the City's historic districts, urban design areas, and upon designated landmarks. The DDRC generally meets the first Tuesday of every month. Public hearings begin at 4 p.m. Public hearings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street. The Planning Commission (PC) generally meets the first Monday of every month. Meetings begin at 5:15 p.m. Meetings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street. The Planning Commission may only hear items that have been placed upon the agenda by the Zoning Division in accordance with Title 30, Chapter 4 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina.

City Council conducts zoning public hearings on the third Wednesday of every other month. A calendar of dates for zoning public hearings is available upon the Applications Page of this website. Public hearings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street. The City Council may only hear items that have been placed upon the agenda by the Zoning Division in accordance with local and state statutes.
